An exquisite beachfront villa that celebrates coastal living with a modern tropical design. The architecture harmonizes with the natural surroundings while providing luxurious comfort and breathtaking views.
The Challenge
The project required balancing luxury with sustainability in a sensitive coastal environment, while maximizing views and creating spaces that work in both monsoon and dry seasons.
Our Solution
We designed a series of pavilions connected by covered walkways, with large overhangs for shade and rain protection. The use of local materials, passive cooling strategies, and rainwater harvesting systems ensures environmental responsibility.
